Hey readers! This is Tristan, Videon’s new technical solutions specialist. I want to tell you a bit about myself and about my role here at Videon.
I was raised in Connecticut and found my way to Juniata College in Pennsylvania, where I studied both computer science and mathematics. It was there I was first introduced to Videon, as part of a computer science project the company commissioned. The project led to an internship. Then after a year of studying in France, I came back to Pennsylvania–and Videon–for a full time job. I’m thrilled to be able to help customers and the Videon team find solutions to the problems they face.
Like most of us here at Videon, I wear several hats. I’ve been on sales calls, been part of marketing meetings and discussions, been handling customer questions and concerns, and much more. Most importantly, I work to help customers find live streaming solutions that work, and to get quick and thorough answers to questions that come my way. Bottom line, if you want to know something technical about our products, call me. (For sales/marketing stuff, call Lara, she’s amazing at that!)
You’ll be hearing more from me as I start to share tips about our products and some best practices that I’ve seen in terms of live streaming setups. Meanwhile, it’s nice to (virtually) meet you, and don’t hesitate to leave a comment or drop me an email if you’ve got questions.
